Cancellation conditions depend on the specific lodges, camps, transport and services in your confirmed itinerary. Your quotation should state the applicable payment and cancellation schedule before you book.
Requesting a quotation does not reserve accommodation or transport. Availability should be rechecked when you are ready to confirm.
The required deposit and final payment date are stated in the quotation or invoice. Different suppliers may require different advance payments, particularly during peak periods.
If you cancel after confirmation, any refund is calculated after non-refundable supplier charges, payment costs and other commitments already made for your booking. The exact schedule in your confirmed quotation takes priority.
Changes are handled subject to supplier rules and availability. A change may be treated by a supplier as a cancellation and new booking.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected illness, flight disruption or other events can create cancellation costs.
