For a short itinerary, the three-day Masai Mara safari is a strong introduction to Kenya. With five days, combine Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. Seven to fourteen days allow a broader circuit and a relaxed coast finish.
Longer De Rossi itineraries can include airport transfer, a Nairobi hotel night and a pre-safari briefing. This makes the programme easier for international arrivals and avoids forcing a long road transfer immediately after a flight.
Rather than return to Nairobi after visiting Amboseli or Tsavo, selected routes continue east to Watamu, Malindi or Mombasa. This open-jaw design reduces backtracking and creates a natural safari-and-beach holiday.
